vesiculography /vəsik′yəlog″rəfē/ , the radiological examination of the seminal vesicles and adjacent structures, usually after injection of a radiopaque contrast medium into the deferent ducts or, by catheterization, into the ejaculatory ducts. The technique is used to examine the seminal vesicles, vas deferens, and ejaculatory duct for possible tumors, cysts, or other disorders.
