Nager’s acrofacial dysostosis

Nager’s acrofacial dysostosis /nā″gərz/ [Felix R. Nager, Swiss physician, 1877–1959; Gk, akron, extremity; L, facies, face; Gk, dys, bad, osteon, bone, osis, condition] , an abnormal congenital condition characterized by limb deformities such as radioulnar synostosis, hypoplasia, and the absence of the radius or of the thumbs.
