Much’s granules

Much’s granules /mo̅o̅ks, mo͝okhs/ [Hans C. Much, German physician, 1880–1932] , granules and rods, found in tuberculosis sputum, that stain with Gram’s stain but not by the usual methods for acid-fast bacilli.
