Its use should be accompanied by close and frequent monitoring of hematologic and chemical laboratory parameters, as well as frequent patient observation. ▪ ADVERSE EFFECTS: The side effects most often reported include hypotension, urticaria, dyspnea, rashes, phlebitis, myelosuppression, nausea, and vomiting.
