lichen sclerosis et atrophicus

lichen sclerosis et atrophicus, a chronic skin disease characterized by white flat papules and black hard follicular plugs. In advanced cases the papules tend to coalesce into large white patches of thin pruritic skin. Lesions often occur on the torso and in the anogenital regions. Also called white spot disease.
