Immerslund-Gräsbeck syndrome, a familial form of megaloblastic anemia and cobalamin deficiency. It is characterized by selective intestinal malabsorption of vitamin B12, uninfluenced by intrinsic factor. About 90% of the cases are associated with a mild, nonspecific form of proteinuria.
