dismembered pyeloplasty, 1. a pyeloplasty procedure for redundancy of the renal pelvis, consisting of excision of the ureteropelvic junction and part of the pelvis and reattachment of the spatulated end of the ureter to the remaining pelvis. Also called Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty. 2. a minimally invasive surgical procedure for correcting a kidney ureteropelvic junction obstruction.
