chondroid lipoma

chondroid lipoma, an uncommon benign fatty neoplasm occurring as a well-circumscribed, yellow, sometimes encapsulated, slowly growing mass under the skin, typically affecting middle-aged adults, usually women, and most often involving the limb girdles or proximal extremities. It is characterized by a lobular growth pattern and is composed of large vacuolated cells resembling lipoblasts.
