INDICATIONS: It is prescribed as an immunization against cholera. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Immunosuppression, acute infection, concomitant administration of corticosteroids, or known hypersensitivity to this drug prohibits its use. ADVERSE EFFECTS: The most serious adverse reaction is anaphylaxis.
