Category A Diseases/Agents

Category A Diseases/Agents, a designation by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for bioterrorism agents that includes dangerous illnesses, germs, or bacteria introduced to a population by simple methods with the intent to cause harm and alter well-being, physically and mentally.
