Byler’s disease

Byler’s disease, progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis; an autosomal-recessive disorder caused by an error in conjugated bile salt metabolism, with early onset of loose, foul-smelling stools; jaundice; hepatosplenomegaly; and dwarfism.
