arrhenoblastoma /erē′nōblastō″mə/ [Gk, arrhen, male, blastos, germ, oma, tumor] , an ovarian neoplasm whose cells mimic those in testicular tubules and secrete male sex hormone, causing virilization in females. Also called andreioma, androblastoma, androma, arrhenoma, Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor.
