angiokeratoma /an′jē·ōker′ətō″mə/ pl. angiokeratomas, angiokeratomata [Gk, angeion + keras, horn, oma] , a benign, vascular neoplasm on the skin, characterized by clumps of dilated blood vessels and thickening of the epidermis, especially the scrotum and the dorsal aspect of the fingers and toes. Can occur as single or as multiple lesions of the vulva and scrotum.
