cerebrohepatorenal syndrome /ser′əbrōhep′ətō·rē′nəl/ , an autosomal-recessive disorder characterized by craniofacial abnormalities, hypotonia, hepatomegaly, polycystic kidneys, jaundice, and death in early infancy, and associated with absence of peroxisomes in the liver and kidneys. Also called Zellweger’s syndrome.
