Prolonged use is contraindicated, as is the use of this herb in persons with renal or hepatic disease, hypertension, angina pectoris, gastric or duodenal ulcers, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, suicidal tendencies, and prostatitis. Yohimbe interacts with many other drugs.
