ulna /ul″nə/ [L, elbow] , the bone on the medial or little finger side of the forearm, lying parallel with the radius. Its proximal end bulges into the olecranon and the coronoid processes and dips into the trochlear and radial notches. The ulna articulates with the humerus and the radius. Also called elbow bone.
