pudendum /p(y)o̅o̅den″dəm/ pl. pudenda [L, pudendus, shameful] , the external genitalia, especially of women. In a woman it comprises the mons veneris, the labia majora, the labia minora, the vestibule of the vagina, and the vestibular glands. In a man it comprises the penis, scrotum, and testes.
