This drug should not be abruptly discontinued. ▪ ADVERSE EFFECTS: Adverse effects of this drug include dizziness, fatigue, confusion, euphoria, incoordination, nervousness, neuropathy, tremor, vertigo, somnolence, ataxia, amnesia, abnormal thinking, dry mouth, blurred vision, nystagmus, amblyopia, constipation, flatulence, abdominal pain, weight gain, ecchymosis, back pain, pruritus, impotence, and dyspnea.
