Argyll Robertson pupil

Argyll Robertson pupil [Douglas M.C.L. Argyll Robertson, Scottish ophthalmologist, 1837–1909] , a pupil that constricts on accommodation but not in response to light. It is most often seen in advanced neurosyphilis.
