oxycephaly

oxycephaly /ok′sisef″əlē/ [Gk, oxys + kephale, head] , a congenital malformation of the skull in which premature closure of the coronal and sagittal sutures results in accelerated upward growth of the head, giving it a long, narrow appearance with the top pointed or conic.
