malignant atrophic papulosis

malignant atrophic papulosis, a form of cutaneous lymphocytic vasculitis. The skin disease shows erythematous papules with characteristic porcelain-white centers and elevated borders. The early signs are followed by perforated intestinal ulcers, leading to peritonitis, occluded arterioles, and progressive neurological disability. Also called Degos’ disease.
