EEC syndrome

EEC syndrome, an autosomal-dominant syndrome involving both ectodermal and mesodermal tissues, with ectodermal dysplasia associated with hypopigmentation of skin and hair, scanty hair and eyebrows, absence of lashes, nail dystrophy, small or missing teeth, missing digits, and cleft lip and palate. Also called ectrodactyly-ectodermal dysplasia-clefting syndrome.
